ID and updated study load of the current semester. - Two (2) months deposit and PHP 300.00 Key Card Deposit.

- Exclusive of Air-con Electricity Charges. Air-con Electricity charge is
based on ACTUAL CONSUMPTION. Electricity is computed based on
actual kilo watt (KWH) x 12%VAT plus 25% CUSA charges. - Beddings (Fitted Sheet, Blanket and Pillow with case) is exclusive for
all Dormitory Room types. Rent at PHP 250.00 monthly use.

Hello. I just want to ask if the electricity and water already included in the rate (monthly basis)? Is there a free parking space? Are guests allowed?

Visitors are not allowed inside the room, but they can visit you from 06:00 am only at the lobby.
